{"id":1063,"date":"2005-10-05T14:00:00","date_gmt":"2005-10-05T18:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.markbaker.ca\/wp\/2005\/10\/05\/sparql-and-rdf-forms\/"},"modified":"2005-10-05T14:00:00","modified_gmt":"2005-10-05T18:00:00","slug":"sparql-and-rdf-forms","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.markbaker.ca\/blog\/2005\/10\/sparql-and-rdf-forms\/","title":{"rendered":"SPARQL and RDF Forms"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A small group of us just wrapped up a\n<a href=\"http:\/\/esw.w3.org\/topic\/ScheduledTopicChat\">ScheduledTopicChat<\/a>\non the topic of the relationship between\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.markbaker.ca\/2003\/05\/RDF-Forms\/\">RDF Forms<\/a>\nand the\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/TR\/rdf-sparql-protocol\/\">SPARQL protocol<\/a>,\nas it relates to an\n<a href=\"http:\/\/lists.w3.org\/Archives\/Public\/public-rdf-dawg-comments\/2005Jul\/0066.html\">issue I raised<\/a>\nwith the\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2001\/sw\/DataAccess\/\">DAWG WG<\/a>.\nHere&#8217;s the\n<a href=\"http:\/\/swig.xmlhack.com\/2005\/10\/05\/2005-10-05.html#1128524113.602537\">chat description<\/a>\nand\n<a href=\"http:\/\/chatlogs.planetrdf.com\/swig\/2005-10-05#T16-10-04\">discussion<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<p>The end result is that\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/People\/Connolly\/\">Dan Connolly<\/a>\n(DAWG chair) now gets what I&#8217;m talking about and realizes the advantages.\nThe downside is that the impact of the required change would likely be too\ngreat at this time, so will have to be introduced later.
