{"id":1194,"date":"2005-12-14T14:37:00","date_gmt":"2005-12-14T18:37:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.markbaker.ca\/wp\/2005\/12\/14\/rdf-forms-revision\/"},"modified":"2005-12-14T14:37:00","modified_gmt":"2005-12-14T18:37:00","slug":"rdf-forms-revision","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.markbaker.ca\/blog\/2005\/12\/rdf-forms-revision\/","title":{"rendered":"RDF Forms revision"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;ve finally revised my\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.markbaker.ca\/2003\/05\/RDF-Forms\/\">RDF Forms<\/a>\nspecification.<\/p>\n\n<p>The big changes were to simplify it by getting rid of the SOAP-specific\naction\/intent support (so much for that olive branch 8-), adding support for\nPUT via the Settable abstraction, and adding a shortcut style of form whereby\nthe method is explicitly declared (though there&#8217;s issues with this, as an\nEd Note points out).<p>\n\n<p>I also removed a\n<a href=\"http:\/\/esw.w3.org\/topic\/ClosedWorldAssumptions\">closed world assumption<\/a>\nby replacing the use of &#8220;indexedBy&#8221; with &#8220;parameterizedWith&#8221; for non-Indexable\nforms.
