Yay! 8-(<\/p>\n\n<p>Let&#8217;s just hope that if you&#8217;re using it, you&#8217;re making the same\n<a href=\"http:\/\/lists.w3.org\/Archives\/Public\/www-tag\/2006Apr\/0003\">undocumented assumption<\/a>\nas those who developed the spec.  Unlike Henry Thompson.<\/p>\n\n<p>I&#8217;m also reminded, unfortunately, of something from the\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2005\/10\/Process-20051014\/tr.html#q74\">W3C Process document<\/a>;<\/p>\n\n<blockquote cite=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/2005\/10\/Process-20051014\/tr.html#q74\">\nW3C recommends the wide deployment of its Recommendations.\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p>Sigh.  The W3C needs the equivalent of an IETF\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ietf.org\/rfc\/rfc2026.txt\">&#8220;Experimental&#8221;<\/a>\nlabel, me thinks.
