Steve Jobs gave the commencement address at Stanford this year. It’s not quite as motivating as Kurt Vonnegut/Mary Schmich 8-), nor nearly as funny as Jon Stewart, but it has a warm-and-fuzzy message or two, including this;

Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work, and the only way to do great work is to love what you do.
KnowNow-style eventing surfaces in Web Forms 2.0. IMO, this is more valuable than all of Web Forms’ other features combined.
